RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Return and Exchange will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase along with original receipt ,unused and original packaging, could be changed against other items or will be settled with a credit note.
  • Refund will be only be made in the event a manufacturing defect is found. Return & Exchange goods must be unused and in original saleable condition.
  • Credit note can be redeemed at any Cavallo stores (in UAE) or Website for the period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • We offer cleaning and polishing services on men’s sandals, for the period of six month from date of purchase for free.(Since it is a compliment this privilege will be only applied in the showrooms)
  • Card payment will be refunded to the same card (duration of repayment depends on the bank policy)
  • While placing your order, prior to the confirmation, we strongly recommend you to verify the product details to avoid unnecessary exchange or refund.
  • Items purchased during the sale or promotion & items already exchanged formerly are not entitled to refund or exchange.
  • All refund or exchange cases will be undergoing an approval process of a few days of submission in order to get the eligibility of refund or credit note.
  • Refunds will be strictly processed based on the payment mode, at the time of purchase.
  • For refund transactions with Credit/Debit card, will be aligned with Bank Policy, refunds will be strictly on the same card during purchase, the duration of the refund may take up to 15 working days.
